Westedmonton Mall is currently under lockdown following an incident where a reported altercation escalated, resulting in the drawing of a firearm.
The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) and tactical teams have responded and are present at the scene.
As at the time of this report, there has been neither confirmation nor identification of any victims.
No suspects have been identified, and there has been no information immediately released regarding any arrests.
