Shots fired inside Tobacco & vape shop in Lynchburg

There was a shooting incident at the Tobacco and Vape Shop on Old Forest Rd, according to scanner reports.

A Black male has a gunshot wound to the shoulder.

Six individuals were seen exiting a vehicle at Lynchburg ER, and it appears the vehicle is connected to the incident.
