29-Year-Old Pedro Vazquez Accused of Fatally Shooting 39-Year-Old Prince Luckey

Authorities have apprehended a suspect following the shooting death of a man in a Phoenix neighborhood.

The incident occurred shortly before noon on April 8 in the vicinity of 19th Avenue and Mountain View Road.

Phoenix Police responded to the scene and discovered 39-year-old Prince Luckey suffering from a gunshot wound.

Sadly, Luckey was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators identified the suspect as 29-year-old Pedro Vazquez, who reportedly fled the area following the shooting.

However, Vazquez was located in a nearby neighborhood and taken into custody.

He has since been booked into jail and is facing charges of second-degree murder.
