Jonathan Montile Middleton wanted for shooting death of 38-year-old Carvell Jarmain Williams outside Club Tempo in Dumfries

Authorities are seeking a Stafford County resident, Jonathan Montile Middleton, aged 37, in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred early Saturday in Dumfries.

The incident, which took place outside Club Tempo on Possum Point Road around 2 a.m., resulted in the death of Carvell Jarmain Williams, aged 38, from Warrenton.

Despite efforts to locate Middleton, who resides on Eustace Road, he remains at large, according to Prince William County police Lt. Jonathan Perok.

Perok stated that the investigation uncovered a brawl taking place near the site where officers found a 38-year-old man with gunshot injuries.

Law enforcement administered initial medical assistance to the man before he was taken to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his wounds.

Additionally, gunfire damaged two vehicles parked in the vicinity.

There were no further reported injuries.

Middleton is sought for charges of murder and firearm use during a felony, as per Perok.
