Christian Trigilio Barraza killed in suspected self-defense shooting in Reno
Reno Police say no arrests have been made.
On Thursday night, police initiated an investigation into a fatal shooting that took place north of Reno.
Authorities received a call around 7 p.m. and arrived at a residence on Lagoon Drive, discovering the victim with a gunshot wound.
The man identified as Christian Trigilio Barraza succumbed to his injuries at a hospital later on.
Police affirm that there is currently no immediate danger to the public, as all parties involved are fully cooperating with the inquiry.
Reno Police state that, as of now, the incident seems to be a case of self-defense or defense of others, and no arrests have been made.
