29-year-old Keylon Brown killed in southeast Oak Cliff shooting

A deadly shooting is under investigation in southeast Oak Cliff.

Early Friday morning, around 12:30 am, police responded to reports of gunfire at an apartment complex on W. Wheatland Road near Polk Street.

They found 29-year-old Keylon Brown shot in the parking lot.

Despite being rushed to the hospital, Brown succumbed to his injuries.

Dallas PD has not made any arrests and currently lacks a suspect description.
