Tragedy struck near Withrow High School in Cincinnati. Police identified the 18-year-old victim of an early morning shooting as Lamon Wiggins, a recent graduate of Withrow High School (having graduated just the day before on Friday).

Responding to reports of gunfire on Dana Avenue and Madison Road at 3:45 am, officers found Wiggins suffering from gunshot wounds.
