Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas on lockdown after reports of active shooter

Multiple law enforcement agencies are responding to reports of an active shooter situation at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, situated at 8200 Walnut Hill Ln.

Police officers are currently at the scene conducting an investigation.

Michael Fear shared on Twitter: “Wow, that’s unbelievable. My wife is experiencing the same situation at her first day at THR Dallas hospital. There’s an active shooter in her building, and she’s currently on lockdown.”

As at the time of this report, there has been neither confirmation nor identification of any victims.

No suspects have been identified, and there has been no information immediately released regarding any arrests.

Police ask public to please stay out of the area.
