8 shot, including 3 children in mass shooting at Chicago’s Back Of The Yards neighborhood

In the 200 block of South Damon, there have been recent reports, within the last 30 minutes or so, of allegations involving a black vehicle circling the block and conducting a drive-by shooting.

EMS Plan 2 was activated, summoning a total of 10 ambulances to the scene, specifically 52 in Damon, where there are now reports and transports of at least 8 individuals being taken to hospitals in the Chicago area.

Among them, three are children. The conditions of all individuals vary, with triage underway, but there are confirmed reports of at least 8 people affected.

At approximately 9:55 PM, gunfire erupted at 200 South Damon Avenue in Chicago.
