Manchester Double Homicide Victims Identified as Jimmy Shoemaker and Kay Mozingo

Jimmy Shoemaker and Kay Mozingo were those who lost their lives in the shooting incident yesterday. Jimmy’s mother asking for prayers for their family.

She expressed that her son was tragically killed in the Manchester shooting. Additionally, she requested prayers for the families of the other two victims.

Channel 3 NOW confirmed last night that David Johnson, aged 46, from Aberdeen, and his wife Tabitha Johnson, aged 36, were apprehended in Clinton County.

Investigators confirmed the deaths of at least two individuals following a shooting in Adams County on Thursday afternoon.

The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations has been summoned to probe the incident, which occurred near Sixth Street in Manchester, Ohio.

The Adams County sheriff requested the involvement of investigators from the BCI Crime Scene Unit and Special Investigations Unit to examine the double homicide, according to BCI.

The circumstances leading up to the incident remain unclear at this time.

Additionally, BCI could not confirm if more than two individuals were shot.

In a social media post on Thursday night, the Maysville Police Department stated that they, along with Ohio authorities, the Mason County Sheriff’s Office, and the Kentucky State Police, are collaborating to locate a suspect named David Johnson, described as “armed and dangerous.”

Police have informed Channel3 NOW that the search is connected to the shooting incident in Adams County.

As of now, the identities of those involved in the shooting have not been disclosed.
