Briana Maiten killed after ‘accidental’ shooting inside car found at Cordova Target

Authorities stated that Briana Maiten, whose identity has been verified, tragically passed away after sustaining an accidental gunshot wound inside a vehicle parked at a Cordova Target store.

Law enforcement officers received a report of a shooting just before 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Target located on U.S. Highway 64, where they discovered a woman injured from a gunshot inside the vehicle.
