Kennesaw State University Emergency Management officials have officially confirmed the lifting of the lockdown, issuing an “all clear” just after 8:15 p.m.

According to police sources, a carjacked vehicle was sighted in Cobb County. The three occupants of the car fled and headed towards the KSU campus, with at least one of them armed.

As of now, one person is in custody, and authorities continue to search for the other two suspects.

However, it has been clarified by the police that the remaining suspects are no longer on the Kennesaw State University campus.
