30-year-old Michael Kosarich found shot to death inside his vehicle in Boardman

The individual discovered deceased on Saturday, January 6, has been identified as 30-year-old Michael Kosarich from Youngstown.

Kosarich was found inside his vehicle at the intersection of Indianola and Market Street in Boardman.

A report of gunfire was received by Boardman Dispatch around 2:22 am, prompting officers to be dispatched.

Upon arrival, they discovered an unresponsive male driver who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

The Boardman Fire Department and Lanes Ambulance were summoned to the scene, and Kosarich was transported to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The incident is currently under investigation by the Boardman Police and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI).
