Dee Hopson killed after shooting near Wava Stop gas station in Memphis

One individual has died, and another is in critical condition following an overnight shooting near a gas station in Nutbush, as reported by the Memphis Police Department (MPD).

The MPD responded to the incident just after 12:30 a.m. in the vicinity of 3541 Jackson Avenue, close to the Wava Stop.

Subsequently, it was reported that two victims had been transported to Regional One Hospital with gunshot wounds.

Unfortunately, one man was pronounced dead, while the other person remains in critical condition, according to the police.

The investigation into this incident is currently ongoing.
