Law enforcement is actively searching for a suspect involved in a capital murder case linked to a shooting overnight on Monday at Fairview Farm Way.
The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) has identified the victim as Jacobley Moore, 31, who was fatally shot at the Brookhaven Apartments around 2 A.M. He was transported to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Blackburn is said to be associated with a 2002 dark green Cadillac Escalade bearing Alabama license plate 47AT5C4.
