Couple 24-year-old Jessie Ashley and 23-year-old Kaleah Graham killed in a drive-by in Shreveport
The Shreveport Police Department is actively investigating the shooting, and further inquiries should be directed to them.
The Caddo Parish Coroner’s office has identified the two individuals who lost their lives in a drive-by shooting on Jewella Avenue in south Shreveport on November 16, 2023.
The victims are Jessie Ashley, 24, and Kaleah Graham, 23, both residents of Shreveport.
The incident occurred in the 7800 block of Jewella Avenue shortly before 7 p.m., where another vehicle pulled up beside them and fired shots, resulting in fatal injuries to both occupants.
Jessie Ashley and Kaleah Graham were pronounced dead at the scene.

These tragic events mark the 75th and 76th homicides in Caddo Parish for the year 2023 and the 70th and 71st in Shreveport.
Autopsies have been ordered for both victims.
