19-year-old Marshon Luster killed after shooting in East St. Louis

An altercation between a group of men resulted in one fatality and another individual sustaining injuries in East Saint Louis.

The incident occurred on the 600 Block of Missouri Avenue around 3:33 AM.

The injured party, a 19-year-old male, was promptly transported to the Gateway Regional Medical Center for treatment.
