Video Captures Moments 44-Year-Old Joshua Davis Shot and Killed While Watching Movie at Home in Toledo
The female juvenile is in critical condition.
On June 13, 2024, around 0400 hrs, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of E. Lake for a report of a person shot.
Officers arrived and located the victim, Joshua Davis, 44, suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
A second victim, a female juvenile, was also struck.
Both victims were treated on scene and transported to an area hospital. Joshua Davis later died.
The female juvenile is in critical condition.
Detectives have opened an investigation into the incident.
The Toledo Police Department is aware that the incident was captured on Facebook Live.
