Kris King killed after an argument between two people led to a shooting in Wentzville
Detectives apprehended the suspect, who is currently under custody.
A person engaged in a dispute that escalated into a shooting has passed away. The Wentzville Police Department reported that the victim was involved in an altercation with another individual, which ultimately resulted in the shooting.
This incident took place on Friday night at Evergreen Court. Reports from law enforcement indicate that the victim suffered from multiple gunshot wounds.
Officers provided immediate medical attention until medical personnel arrived, but unfortunately, the victim succumbed to their injuries at the hospital.
On the same night, detectives apprehended the suspect, who is currently under custody.
They are diligently preparing charges to be submitted to the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
