2 students shot in LeFlore High School shooting, suspect in custody

Update: Mobile Police Chief Paul Prine has confirmed that the suspect in the LeFlore High School shooting is now in custody.

Mobile Police have verified that officers attended a shooting incident at LeFlore High School on Tuesday afternoon.

Two juveniles were shot, with one victim taken to the hospital for a non-life-threatening injury, while the other is currently receiving treatment from emergency responders at the scene.

Chief Paul Prine of Mobile Police informed Channel3 NOW that the shooting suspect has left the campus, and authorities are in communication with the student’s parents.
