Student at Rothschild Leadership Academy accidentally shot himself

A student at Rothschild Leadership Academy sustained an accidental gunshot wound after a firearm was illicitly brought into the school, as stated by the Muscogee County School District.

The injured student received prompt medical care, and there were no additional reported injuries. The firearm has been seized.

MCSD indicates that the weapon was concealed within a Chromebook computer case.
