Authorities have just released video from last Thursday that shows convicted murderer Danelo Cavalcante climbing to the roof of the Chester County Prison from one of the exercise yards.
Danelo Cavalcante successfully makes his way through the roof of the Chester County Prison recreation yard, emulating the escape previously executed by inmate Igor Bolte on May 19th.
Internal and criminal investigations into the escape of Cavalcante are ongoing, and Prison Officials will provide additional information as able.
Bolte was swiftly spotted by a tower officer and apprehended within minutes.
Surprisingly, it took an entire hour before Cavalcante’s escape was reported. Similar to Igor Bolte, Cavalcante employed the same method but had to navigate the additional challenge of razor wire,” said Warden Howard Holland.
