Victim killed in shooting inside Irving Wingstop identified as Christopher Govea
Police did not say how the suspect and the victims knew each other.
A fatal shooting occurred Monday afternoon at a Wingstop restaurant located on Nursery and East Irving Boulevard in Irving, Texas.
According to Irving police, one person, identified as Christopher Govea, was killed, and another was injured and transported to the hospital.
Police apprehended a suspect, but details regarding the relationship between the suspect and the victims are unknown at this time.
22-year-old Leon Marc arrested and charged for the murder.
The investigation is ongoing, and no further information has been released.
