Students evacuated after person with gun reported at West Harrison High School
Students who are driving will be released as soon as possible.
Currently, the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office is present at West Harrison High School following a threat received via phone call regarding an individual with a gun at the school.
Deputies have conducted sweeps of all buildings and are currently evacuating students while ensuring their safety.
Parents who need to pick up their children are requested to proceed to West Harrison Middle School and await further instructions there.
