Taboris Jefferson killed after shooting on Medgar Evers Boulevard in Jackson

The Jackson Police Department is currently investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Sunday, April 21st.

According to Detective Tommie Brown, the incident took place on Medgar Evers Boulevard in the vicinity of Coleman Avenue.

The victim, identified as Taboris Jefferson, was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
