Coon Rapids – Possible incident related to a shooting or shots being fired.

At least 3 people are dead. There is a child present in the residence.

The incident initiated around 12:30 p.m. in the vicinity of Coon Rapids Blvd.

Police officers are currently at the scene conducting an investigation.
