19-year-old Antwan Shonquez Register killed in shooting on Richland Road in Dothan
An ongoing investigation is underway to identify and locate the individuals responsible for the shooting.
Dothan Police have provided further information about the fatal shooting on Wednesday night.
As per a press release from the department, the Dothan-Houston County Emergency Operations Center received a call regarding the shooting on Richland Road at approximately 10:07 p.m.
Upon the arrival of officers and members of Dothan Fire and Rescue at the scene, life-saving measures were initiated for the victim, now identified as 19-year-old Antwan Shonquez Register of Dothan, who was discovered with a gunshot wound to his upper torso.
Register was taken to Southeast Health for further medical attention but tragically succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
Presently, an ongoing investigation is underway, with investigators diligently working to identify and locate the individuals responsible for the shooting and subsequent death of Register.
