Two students stabbed at Countryside High School, suspect is in custody

At Countryside High School, two students have been stabbed and have been transported to local hospitals for medical attention.

Law enforcement has apprehended a suspect, and there are no ongoing safety concerns within the school. The families of the affected students have been informed.

Specific areas of the school are being treated as crime scenes, and students are being kept in their classrooms to maintain the integrity of these scenes.

Normal dismissal procedures will be aided by the police at 1:45 p.m. Parents are advised not to go to the school presently.
