The victim of a shooting in the Algonquin neighborhood has been identified as a teenage girl by the coroner.
Dovia Pernell, aged 15, tragically lost her life on Monday following a shooting incident in the 1700 block of Patton Court at the Parkhill Housing Complex, where she resided according to the coroner’s report.
Law enforcement reported finding her in a backyard behind building 43.
At present, no arrests have been made in connection to the incident.
