20-year-old Gregory Manning II killed after shooting at Villas At Metro Center in Nashville
According to police, Manning had arrived at the apartment around midnight to record a song.
Investigators are following promising leads following the fatal shooting of a man inside a North Nashville apartment early Friday.
The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Gregory T. Manning II from Madison.
The incident occurred within an apartment at the Villas of Metro Center on Ponder Place.
According to police, Manning had arrived at the apartment around midnight to record a song.
Subsequently, other individuals arrived, leading to a dispute that escalated into the shooting.
The investigation is currently active, with the Specialized Investigations Division’s TITANS (The Investigative Team Addressing Neighborhood Shootings) Unit providing assistance, stated MNPD.
