Heavy police presence at Quail Valley Middle School in Missouri City

A number of different law enforcement organizations are reacting to reports of incident at Quail Valley Middle School in Missouri City, Texas.

Police officers are currently at the scene conducting an investigation.

As per reports, a teacher misinterpreted the sound of workers banging on a pipe, believing it to be a gunshot.

Police ask public to please stay out of the area.
