32-year-old Andrew Long Jr., killed in shooting in Tell City

Authorities have disclosed the identity of the individual who tragically lost his life in the early hours of Sunday morning in Tell City.
The incident prompted a response from law enforcement to a residence situated between Attic Road and Saint Joseph Cemetery Road at approximately 1:45 a.m., as reported by the Indiana State Police.
Upon arrival, officers discovered Andrew Long Jr., 32, from Huntingburg, deceased from a gunshot wound outside the residence.
SR 145 remained closed for an extended period while police and other officials conducted a thorough investigation into the shooting.
It has been conveyed that no arrests or charges have been made, and the inquiry is ongoing.
