21-year-old Telik Ryheem Nevels killed following shooting in Bessemer
The Bessemer Police Department is currently treating this case as a homicide and conducting a thorough investigation.
A shooting in Bessemer on Sunday night resulted in the tragic loss of a 21-year-old man, Telik Ryheem Nevels, a resident of Bessemer.
The incident occurred in the 2600 block of 7th Avenue North around 8:52 p.m., as confirmed by the Jefferson County Coroner’s office.
Nevels was declared deceased at the scene.
