DA investigator accidentally shoots herself; no active shooter at Fulton County Courthouse

On Friday morning, an investigator from the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office unintentionally injured herself with a gunshot to the leg.
The Atlanta Police Department clarified that this incident did not involve an active shooter situation.
According to the APD, the investigator from the District Attorney’s Office discharged her firearm accidentally, resulting in the gunshot wound.
Fortunately, she is currently in a state of alertness, consciousness, and is able to breathe normally.
